Adorn Jewels has been created by Penelope Gilbert whose passion and devotion is to provide quality unique jewellery that makes a statement. Penelope believes that jewellery is the ultimate expression of individual style. Her studies at the University of South Australia where she obtained a degree in design after fours years of full-time study financially supported with casual work at Wendts Jewellers and dressmaking skills gave Penny many opportunities to learn how to interact and communicate with clients.

Her degree and other training with elite Adelaide jewellers provided Penny with the experience and knowledge to help rebuild a jewellery design business and establish new clientele for Voivodich Jewellers. Penny prides herself with a high standard of customer service with a focus on the ability to understand the client’s needs and fulfill even the most unusual request. All staff at Adorn Jewels are trained by Penny with the same retail approach and are given advice on how to draw for customers and offer suggestions when designing. With an enthusiastic team working together, all employees are in tune with the latest trends and provide quality service that will exceed their customer’s expectations.
